1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the Pagora AI WordPress plugin, creating an account on pagora-ai.com, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Pagora AI, a solo operator (auto-entrepreneur) based in Rennes, France ("we," "us," or "Operator").
2. Description of the Service
Pagora AI is a WordPress plugin that lets users generate and edit web pages by chatting with an AI assistant powered by Anthropic Claude. Each generation or edit request consumes credits from your account balance. All AI calls are proxied through the pagora-ai.com backend — your browser never contacts the AI provider directly. The plugin requires WordPress Administrator privileges (unfiltered_html capability) to function.
3. Accounts & Access
You must create an account on pagora-ai.com and keep your credentials secure. An authentication token is stored in your WordPress user meta to link your site to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free-tier users may submit prompts up to 3,000 characters per request. Active subscribers may submit prompts up to 10,000 characters per request.
4. Plans, Credits & Billing
Pagora AI offers the following paid plans, processed securely via Stripe:
- Basic Monthly & Basic Yearly
- Pro Monthly & Pro Yearly
- One-time credit top-ups (USD $5 – $2,000)
Credits are consumed per generation or patch request. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Top-up credits are non-refundable once consumed. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, publish, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including French and EU law.
- Abuse, scrape, or overload the API or backend infrastructure.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary backend systems.
- Use automated scripts to submit prompts in bulk without prior written consent.
You are solely responsible for the content generated and published on your WordPress site. We are not responsible for any content you create using the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
Your output. The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript generated by the AI for your site belongs to you. You may use, modify, and publish it freely.
The plugin. The Pagora AI WordPress plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You may use and distribute it in accordance with that licence.
Our brand & backend. The Pagora AI name, logo, and all backend infrastructure, APIs, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of the Operator. No licence to these is granted by these Terms.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific uptime, and no Service Level Agreement (SLA) is offered.
We are not liable for: (a) the quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output; (b) any content you publish using the Service; (c) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is capped at the total amount of credits you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Remaining credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.
9. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you by email or in-plugin notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed exclusively by French law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rennes, France.
11. General Provisions
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings.
